The following data are extract from a protocol of testing SmartBalance Pro force plates system vs Kistler force plates at the Sport and Medicine Institute (IRMIS) of the University of Lyon at Saint Etienne, in April 2016. Measurements were performed by Tom Chaleteix, Master student in Biomechanics, and supervised by the Professor Alain Belli (Ph.D. in Biomechanics & Physiology, University of St Etienne) and Jean-Paul Fernandez (Engineer in Biomechanics & Smart2Move CTO).
The following example is a shot made with a 7 Iron, average player, on both systems at the same time.

The following graph shows the results of data measurement of total force during the swing N°10, the impact is at 2s.
The red and blue lines are the total vertical forces measured by respectively the Kistler force plates (considered as the reference measurement) and the SmartBalance Pro system. The white line shows the absolute difference between the Kistler and the S2M system.

The study has been done on 15 swings, with the same player, and the same club (7 iron). For all measurements the average force difference between SmartBalance Pro measures and Kistler measurements was 1,68% with a Standard deviation (Mean +/-) of 1.64%.
